Star of County Down: Advice needed

Or maybe that young?

I have 3 versions of Star of the County Down:

a. Standard straight 4/4 time version.

b. Slightly fancier 4/4 time version with a few triplets and a few extra eighth notes.

c. Jig version in 6/8 time that you can play at the end of the song for a little excitement.

You can find them here:

There is also a nice version for beginners in Robin Williamson’s, “the pennywhistle book”. It has triplets and a couple of smears that adds interest without making it too difficult - especially if you’re not ready for the world of taps and cuts (I’m not ready yet!)
