I just picked up a Walton D in brass. I have two Clarks a Sweetone and the old school Clark with the wooden insert ( both in D). I can play the Clarks with out too much trouble. The Walton on the other hand makes more nasty sounds than i can put up with. What is the Tweek to stop the squeek ( i like the sound of that).

The easiest tweak is to buy a whitehead from Mack Hoover. :smiley:

Other than that, it could be a breath control issue. But look closely inside the airway, and make sure there are no extraneous pieces of plastic there.
