Might someone post staple dimensions that work for both Spillane and Ginsberg pipes.

Stable for Spillane: Lenght: 48 mm. 4mm inner, eyewith 1.8-2.00 mm.

Ginzberg D staple: length=2 1/16" width (of 0.020" thick copper)=0.540"
for a cylindrical staple. This worked better than 3/16" od brass tubing staple, a copy which might be rolled from 0.548" width. 1" long taper for the eye, with an inner elevation of 0.063".

well if i’d had any .020, i might’ve been ok, but instead I had .016 so i went .538 and tapered to .525 to make it happen. so there’s another alternative for those of ye who are .020-less!
