Brian in a kilt? This is going to take many bottles of Jameson’s and years of expensive therapy to get that mental image out of my mind…
Ron, I have received a request to post this picture as a special surprise for you…

Be sure to wear, some flowers in yer hair…”
Couldn’t resist. But everybody stop knocking kilt boy. The difference between a pair of shorts and a kilt: NOT MUCH.
Truly manly apparel. And I saw a “work” kilt recently at a park. It was made out of some kind of tough canvas like stuff (solid color, not tartan) with lots o pockets. Probably some kind of Brit military thing. For you young fellers, it was a babe magnet. This guy was so surrounded by gawking chix that I couldnt even ask him where he got it.
Any Brit Isles answers out there? Have you ever seen a utility kilt?
They are called “Utilikilts” and have a distributorship in Seattle. I’m betting they are really popular on the job site. WARNING Port-a-pots may be hazardous!
Yes, one of the guys setting up the festival Firday night was wearing one like this -
This was the first time I have seen kilts being worn - and there were a lot of people wearing them, even some little kids! I do agree that they look very good. I think I might have to see what Ben thinks of them!
I checked out the kilt site, but as attractive as it is, I don’t think the tye-dye kilt will go over that big at the Stewart family reunion. Maybe the islander, though…
Here I was hoping to stir up some painful memories for Ron, as well as traumatize some of my new co-workers. But alas! my hairy-legged skirt photo is no more!!!
