I’ve uploaded two MP3-clips (both under 1 min) and I wondered what sort of flute/whistle/other woodwind these are:

That’s the problem! I have absolutely NO idea :S
I had some hope that there were some experts here that could judge what kind it was from the sound of it or might even have that particular flute.
I mean.. I’m just looking for a flute/whistle that can present a similar sound has the Wojnar track i.e that kind of “noisy” jump in the sound if that made any sense 
Possibly a dizi.

And now for the Wojnar-flute.. it’s a polish band, so my guess it would be some kind of native polish/east-european flute..
On the first track, I believe that’s just a regular old Boehm-system flute.

And regarding the Di Zi, would this one make the sound I want? It’s a jade type. No bids yet ;D
A regular band or orchestral flute, usually made of silver or other metals, can be made of wood, with the keywork mechanism invented by Theobold Boehm in the 1840’s.

However it didn’t really sound like the two files on flutesite.com, but it’s might played in a higher pitch on the Wojnar-track.

Well two Flutes of the same variety will not sound the same no matter what.
That jade flute has no membrane which is what gives the dizi that special resonance. As it is that flute won’t make much noise with that uncovered hole by the embouchure. This page will give you some info.

It is not written on the site but as I serched among the others, it is played by a regular old Boehm-system flute as Peeplj suggests.

For the second one; Wojnar.mp3 I suppose it is played by a recorder.
