Their is a similar flute for sale At old Instruments by Tony Bingham for 850 GBP

ITEM SOLD
Nice flute! Very nice tiles too!!! May I ask, is the flute High Pitch (I’d expect it to be) or will it play at A=440? Cheers.
I have no way of knowing whether its high pitch or low pitch i would need to have someone play a b flat flute high pitch at the same time as i played this flute.
I have been told that these were mostly made in low pitch as i have another b flat bass and this is a little longer.

You could just push it all the way in and check the tuning against a tuner set to A=440 - and check the tuning at the place you would normally pull out to and see how far out it is…
Or, if you have no tuner available but a tuning fork or a (tuned) piano, push the parts together fully and play the open note (no fingers on) and see if it is an in-tune A, or can be made so by moderate pulling out of the head. If you’re using a piano or keyboard, you can obviously check any other note you fancy - the "A2 or “G” fingerings - top two or three fingers on - will give Fnat and Eb real sounds respectively. Easier to do than to explain!
