For some reason, it didn’t sell last month (miscommunication due to C&F crash?).
Anyway it’s a shame: a great whistle stands unplayed:
• Grinter Low D, cocobolo, special silver-plated slide and ferrule
• made in 2002, perfect condition.
• Original black velvet, gold satin lined pouch. Use it as is or as the liner for :
• A custom-made PVC-tube I throw in, instead of the usual cardboard mailer-toter. Great for bikers. Airtight to seal contents for commuting in a cold or overheated car.
• Paid $420, asking same (Postage included), or 400 € to EEC.
Just in case, you may always try and make offers (PM’s please) for a fair trade-in, full swap or partial.
What I’d love would be the same Grinter–but in F–or a Copeland in F.
Hi Paul,
That Grinter looks good, though I think that I’ll pass on it if you don’t mind- I have pipes to pay for (and I don’t mean the plumbing ).
No sign of your Alba low C/Bb yet?-they are really starting to intrigue me!
We’ll get tomorrow our third nationwide strike of various public services for the last two weeks: trains, planes, public transports, and of course La Poste. Now the latter have been traditionnally known to fill the gaps in-between official strikes by rampant walk-offs.
So I get hardly any mail, even junk snail-mail gets scarce …
Ah yes… Those wonderful French strikes that seem to multiply with the warmer weather… The only thing more plentiful than Springtime strikes in France is the number of national holidays!..
You can always tell when the Summer holiday season has started-French air-traffic controllers go on strike!
Sorry to hear that the Postal workers have decided to join in,though that’s solidarity for you,I suppose.
I suppose that we’ll both have to be intrigued for a little longer
