Do to my malady F.A.D. :smiley: (Flute Acquisition Disorder) I need to release my Casey Burns Folk Flute. These are the paramount beginner’s flutes. This flute has been meticulously broken in for about 8 weeks and oiled religiously. I also polished it up inside and out with 0000 steel wool, just to remove finishing marks and whiskers. So the flute now has a shiny finish inside and out. Judge for yourself, here is a picture:


There is a sapwood inclusion on the players side above the embouchure. Here is a picture of it:

The sapwood is not as blond as it appears in the picture.

Mopane is gorgeous looking stuff.

That looks great in the Pic too bad I just bought a Flute from you. I can say that Jordan’s camera lies it did that with a knot on my Flute which is make it way more visible in the pic than it actually is.
