Hi all,
Recently, a long term relationship I was in fell apart (not through lack of trying by either of us). I write poetry rather than keep a journal and this is what I wrote around then.
It’s couched as musical advice but it is really about relationships… hence, the name. 
Hope you guys like it.

Relationship Air
Don’t hold so tight.
Your hands will get tired.
You won’t be able to ornament the tune.
You need to relax.
Don’t fight it.
Work with it, not against it.
Balance it carefully and it won’t go anywhere.
Practice a lot.
Keep the tune always in your head.
Oh yeah… and always play like it’s your last time.
