Hey BB, I L-O-V-E your shots there! Have always liked astrophotography. These are some I managed to pull off myself over the past year. Unfortunately, I missed the conjunction and occultation of Venus a few nights back. I may have posted a few of these in the past - but I don’t remember which. I sized these for typical desktop wallpaper if you’d like to save any. What is your set up for capturing Luna? I use a Sony DSC-H9 and max out the camera’s 15X optical zoom. I believe it equates to something like a 460mm lens on a traditional SLR. The lens set-up of my camera ain’t great and introduces a bit of color fringing at the extreme of the zoom, but all in all it’s still a lot of fun to snap these sort of photos. Keep 'em comin!

That’s the real trick I think! Holding steady enough to get a non-wobbly shot of the thing! 
I need one two. Maybe yous and me can go halfs on one Denny - and we’ll just mail the thing back and forth between us every month or so. Whaddaya think? 
Shooting the moon? So you would all be Hearts players, then?
Might work. Finding a fence post it the right place with the right angle is drivin’ me nuts.
Even if I find one some fool horse comes over to fog the lens.
