Since these songs are still under copyright, the proper thing to do is to buy the piano/vocal sheet music from your local music store or an on-line site such as Sheetmusic Plus: http://www.sheetmusicplus.com/
The EZ Piano versions may be easier to read on whistle, and/or you may have to transpose the melody to a whistle friendly key.
An alternative would be to download amateur MIDI versions such as these:

http://rock.mididb.com/beatles/
Import the MIDI files into a MIDI editor or notation editor, isolate the melody line, transpose to the desired key, and print them out.
