I’m heading over to Dallas this week for a business trip, was wondering if anyone could recommend a session on Wednesday or Thursday night.

Found a couple of places to play in Ft. Worth, only about 50 miles each way from where I was staying.. 
I ended up at “Ye Olde Bull and Bush” on Wednesday night. It was unfortunately pretty quiet, none of the usual trad crowd showed up except one fellow, John, who was quite handy flatpicking tunes on the guitar.
On Thursday night I was able to sit in with the new group “Gallus” who was performing at McHenry’s in Ft. Worth. We had a great time playing until 2 AM… Nice people, good players, free beer, doesn’t get much better than that…
