You might try J. Patrick on Andre Street in Locus Point out by Fort McHenry (about a 5 dollar cab ride from the harbor). They have sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you e-mail me I’d be glad to meet you there or even pick you up from down town. I’ve been meaning to make it over for at least a year and never seem to get around to it. let me know.
