Would the “Provider Error” in question be in any way related to the program used to create the site??
That error (M$ provides such wonderfully clear error messages) means that the server permissions haven’t been set correctly for some of the active server pages or (more usually) the referenced database. Happens a lot on .asp sites when owners upload or modify their web-based databases and forget to correctly assign user read/write permissions.
