Don’t suppose anyone caught the session last night at McGraths in East Durham? It was great fun. Joanie didn’t play for too long, but there were some other fantastic musicians there, and it just got more fun as the night went on! If anyone cares, I was the guy in the front, jumping from whistle to guitar all night!

Fiddle, usually. Both are quite good players, I believe one or both were at East Durham this week.
Stupid internet – I gave up using Google to search for a picture of Steph, switched to searching for Brock, and instally found a picture of Steph.
And now I’m wondering what it is about me that made me use Google instead of just looking for pictures of our wedding reception session on my computer, as they were both there… Oh, right. The (easy-to-find) session pictures from the wedding are all (very artistically) blurred, making them only mildly useful at best for IDing someone.
Details please on this McGraths session? I didn’t go this year again and
am pining for everyone’s reports ..

Yeah they were there, Brock arrived on the sunday, and Stephanie on tuesday methink. Brock had a girlfriend with him, too. We had a session in “C” at one point, was pretty cool. Stephanie has a boyfriend in Toronto now, so canadians will see her more often 
Were they still all geeked about their “fiddle boot camp” with James Kelly? And did they play any of my tunes?
Sigh. I miss having them both around. I think it’s got to be at least a year now since I was last at a session they both were at. One or the other, mostly Steph, sure, but not both. The sessions around here have mostly sucked since they left. (With the exception of the two nights of the Saline Celtic Festival.)
