Seery flute for sale (SOLD)

This is a lightly used large-holed model Seery flute I bought from Doc Jones back in March for $500. It would make a great starter flute for a new player or a nice back up flute for someone who already owns a nice instrument. It’s a solid player for sure.

I’ll probably regret letting it go but I don’t think I’ll get enough use out of it to warrant keeping it.

Here is a clip I made tonight at a local session. I may have had one or six more ales than I really needed, but you can probably still get the idea of what it sounds like.

I’d like to get $450. Hard to find a better deal on a good delrin flute, I imagine. I’ll pay your shipping/handling and insurance. If have any questions, p/m me and we can make arrangements for me to email you another clip or hear it over the phone.

This one is a great player.

Is it large or small holed?

As far as I know, though I’m sure there are other Irish flute players in the Canadian Forces somewhere, I haven’t encountered any others who’ve been issued an irish flute.

The Seery I have issued is therefore likely the first Irish flute ever issued by the Canadian Forces as a whole, and the army more specifically. It’s the perfect blend of durability and excellent flute!
