I feel my progress has stalled out over the last few months and have decided to get some instruction. I have never had any music training… picked up my first whistle and book about a year ago.
I actually live in Flinton PA and would drive up to State College if anyone is in or around the area willing to take on a student.
We need more whistlers in the world

TeriK gave me a link to a guy from Altoona that plays pipes, whistles and alot of other instruments. I never got a chance to contact him so I don’t know if he teaches or not but here is the link. Let me know how you make out.
