Can you give us any clues as to the style? Country & Western, Irish, Gospel, Rap, Hip-Hop, New Wave, whetever? Might narrow the field a bit.
The composer or singer would help if you know it, or just tell us where you heard the song - a compilation album, radio station, whatever.
Also if you know the first line (or any line) it might be better to search on that instead - or any unusual words that occur in the song.
