Not sure if this is the one you mean (i didn’t listen to that late session you mentioned) but if the start of the tune is played the same as the curragh races and then turns into something different…
The Swallow’s Tail
Had a quick listen, it’s not the Swallow’s Tail.
I don’t know the name but I’m fairly certain it’s in the reel section of Brendan Breathnach first tune book, if that’s any help.

Hello: Thanks for the comments to my question. I have found the title of the tune. The tune is also on the Tommy Reck Album" The stone in the field" which I have got for about 3 weeks ago.
On the album the title is “The mistress of the house” in O’neill ( Dancemusic of Ireland"there is a variant called " The woman of the house" which is a another good tune but a lot different from “The mistress of the house”. In Joyce " Old Irish Folk Music" there is a version called " The cows are a milking"
( Source: Breandan Breathnach. Line notes on “The stone in the field”
I have found the tune on http://www.norbeck.nu/abc/i/hnr3.abc. and have used the http://www.concertina.net/tunes_convert.html to get the notes a midi.
