Getting ready for a gig, and I am always suprised at how much of a work-out a good practice session is. Are the rest of you glistening as much as me? Oi!!! The sweat the sweat!

Apparently Mick was in the Bombay Palace just before the show and had a vindaloo made with bhut jolokia peppers. The lights didn’t help either.

It seems Uilleann Piping is like exercising with weights… resistance to the bag, etc. That must explain my glow!

Stick with that thought. I have it on good authority from SWMBO that princesses do not sweat, they glow.
