Has anybody heard the sound samples at the Reyburn site? I particularly like the samples of the G and the Eb low whistles. On the Eb she is playing “The Butterfly”; does anybody know the name of the tune she is playing on the G?
The tune being played on the G whistle is Merrily Kiss the Quaker or Quaker’s Wife, whichever one you prefer. In the movie Friendly Persuasion Gary Cooper was the Quaker. I don’t remember who played the Quaker’s wife but I’d choose her anyway.
