Well, the next phase of my uilleann acquisition saga has led me to David Daye. (Thank you texasbagpiper for the recommendation.) I think I will put UPWB on the back burner for the moment and look at starting with a home made bag and bellows and a Penny Chanter Kit from David. Does anyone have any info on the Penny Chanter or the P. C. kit?

The delrin version (premade) looks a lot better and might have more resale value. Also, make sure you get a reed from David, IMO it’s nearly hopeless to try and make a reed before you’ve played a bit and know what you’re aiming for.
