Resume/CV forms on the net?

So, just to keep myself current ~ I haven’t updated anything in a long time and might be in a position to start looking… (Boss taking away long-established weekend/holiday overtime, other benefits, etc)

Most of the positions I could apply for accept resumes/CVs over the net..

I am lazy and tired at the end of my day.

So is there a good form/format somewhere on the net that I can just “fill in the blanks” ? Something that looks professional enough to get the job done? Anyone use anything like this with a good result?
