Requested Tune: Three Steps Foreward (Two Steps Back)

This is a tune requested by jlfinkels, to be played on the M&E 6-key flute.

This is a bit of an odd tune written by Matthew Heaton. Please be aware I have not heard any recordings of this tune; my interpretation of it may be pretty far afield from what the composer intended.

James, thank you very much for taking the time to record this for me. My only comments are:

  1. Damn. You play very well. I can only hope to play that well someday.
  2. Your sound on the M&E 6-key has me sold on the idea of getting one.
