My sister, Karen, is in the hospital with a severe case of pneumonia and pleurisy, brought on by a strep-type bacterial infection. She’s responding well to treatment and slowly improving, but your good thoughts/vibes/prayers/wishes/whatever would still be appreciated.

Sure Slude…infections can get scary nowadays. I’m glad to hear she’s making progress.

Prayers for healing are on their way, and since she’s in east TN she’s fairly close by.
Warmest wishes to Karen and to you. My son had pneumonia a few months ago and I was worried in a whole new way about him, even though his case was mild. He’s very much back to normal and I hope that very soon Karen will be too.
