Repair and adjustment of NSP set (unused for 15 years)

Apologies for possibly re-visiting a well-discussed topic, but here goes:
I’m seeking recommendations/comments on where to send a nice 30-year-old 4-drone set of Burleigh Northumbrian smallpipes that have lain unplayed for at least 15 years. Chanter is really nice and plays well; drones leak excessively; things have dried out, though I think bag and bellows are serviceable.

I’m on the E. Coast of the US. Who might be able to bring this set back to good playing condition?

I would also recommend Mike Sharps work, he reeded and tuned my Burleigh chanter and drones, and I,ve been happy with the set ever since. :thumbsup:
