Rec***er Tablature for kids_ help!!

I have a friend who teaches kids the recorder, she is looking for a website that includes recorder tablature to help assist the kids in learning to play.

Despite all my attempts to convince her the whistle is superior, she is stuck with recorders, soooooooo, with that in mind if anyone has found a website that shows the finger positions for simple tunes for kids plze let me know,
any help would be much appreciated,

I think it is quite good, particularly at the price, and could well be integrated into a teaching situation.

That is a really kool site. Do you know if they have it in English? I haven’t a clue how to read Japanese. :slight_smile: My daughter is teaching rec***er in elementary school and this site might come in handy as a place for students to go to for help when they are practicing at home.

I could not find this sort of web site in English,unfortunately.
Fortunately,you don’t need to read Japanese, because most instructions popping up in Japanese are about half-holing thumb hole.

Yamaha Japan has cool sites for musical instruments,indeed.

For example,this site below tells me about embouchure cuttings on modern flutes. it was very helpful when tweaking my Sindt. I want to find this alternative site in English.

The rec***er site is really pretty simple so I guess we really don’t need the words to get an understanding of it. But, I wonder if we would email the Yamaha company and request that they translate it to english if they would? Now the flute site is way beyond my comprehension!!! :confused:
