The descriptions of the Rowsome set indeed sound wonderful, no doubt-sowing intended. Points about the role of the reeds and the potential vagaries of restoration are well-taken. As I said, I’d just enjoy hearing these puppies playing sometime, as I don’t think I’ve ever heard a W. Rowsome set (OR an Angus B chanter, for that matter) in the flesh. This is the only W Rowsome Bb that is known. It was probably my fault on the photo in that I didn’t put the bag on. It is just important to know its state before one can understand the price and the opportunity.
