Rephrase, does anyone know why Ralph Cook isn’t making tinwhistles anymore (where did I get Ralph Scott?)? I really liked the look and design of them (not to mention the price). But then I saw he went out of business. Does anyone know why?
Ralph hasn’t made whistles in some time. Stopped doing it to make more time to play music.
