I am familiar with his whistles but I had not heard that he makes flutes. Anyone know anything about them?
That’s a name I hadn’t heard for a while.
A couple of years ago , I purchased a combo low D whistle/flute from him. I think it was made from PVC pipe. So, it was cylindrical bore.
I don’t know what he’s up to now.

Ralph is back in action, huh? that’s great, as he’s a nice chap. There was a time about 5 or 6 years or so ago, when C&F first started up and reviewing low whistles that Ralph had about the best polymer (one of the only ones, mind you) low Ds around. A nice video on how to play as well. Once he moved from Washington to San Diego, never heard from him again.
