Because of the recent discussion here about Radcliff system flutes, thought I’d flag you guys about this flute.
Very similar to what Paddy Carty played.
I have nothing to do with this flute or its sale. I don’t vouch for the flute itself, although I can say the seller is reputable.

Pretty. I worry a little about the “couple of pads will have to be reseated” thing (i.e. he doesn’t really know if the flute plays well, or we can assume it doesn’t play well and hopefully it’s just a problem with a couple of pads). The blowhole looks a little strange in one of the pictures, but it looks normal in the others so it’s probably just a funky picture. The picture that would show the repaired crack is badly out of focus. Flute looks like it needs a good cleaning.
I think there’s a good chance that this would be a good flute, and the usual caveats apply.

FYI, this seller is the one from whom I got the Goulding on eBay a year ago.
And this jives well with the information you gave about the state of that other flute when you bought it. This seems it could be a good flute too, and i’d antecipate about US$500 in repairs/cleaning/overhaul (assuming that the headjoint crack has been fixed properly).
