3 out of ten, better than I expected. The ones I got were all 50/50 chances where I happened to choose the right one.
I can’t say I’m surprised, really! I would do no better with current celebrities.

It was the lipstick. The pictures we see of Clara Bow has her with that shape of lipstick - which was fashionable, so not confined to her. The pictures in the quiz framed the faces, and scarcely showed the hairstyle. For that question, the clues were minimal. Unless you were very familiar with the faces, it was a guess.
