Question re 'Harp and Shamrock'

There is a hornpipe titled The Harp and Shamrock, composed by Pat Crowley. (Kevin Crawford plays it as a slow reel on Redwood cd) Who is Pat Crowley? Is he still alive? I’m curious about the copyright of this tune.

I’d guess it’s still under copyright, since he’s got a 1998 album which includes that tune.

Thanks, JS. That would seem to answer that. I’m always up in the air about learning copyrighted tunes when there are unlimited public domain ones to deal with.
