question about drones

Hi all!
I have a question, little bit strange may be.
I wonder if it possible to get a set of drones for price~ 1200$? Not every pipemaker has website, and often websites do not contains price lists.
Will be glad to get any answers or advices=)

Nick Whitmer makes and sells the drones and mainstock for $1150:

I recorded these with a cheap microphone. I’ve a better mic now so I might be uploading more clips shortly (once I get my chanter reed used to the Spring weather).
