This is a march that was popular during the English Revolution in the 17th Century, Prince Rupert being a relative of King Carles I who who fought as a Royalist general.
I’m not up the musical notation that is usually used in this forum, but I can give you this simple two-parted tune using my own shorthand, which I’m sure you will be able to figure out once you start playing it.
Capital letters are first octave note. …lower case letters second octave.
An asterix after a note indicates it is a dotted note and and slash indicates it is a cut note.
