Why don’t ye look on the various makers websites?that way ye will get up to date prices and wait times etc. Also remember ye don’t have to have keys as ye can cross finger for notes.

Mitta Kuulu.
I know I spelt that wrong, but Hello.
The pipe makers that don’t have websites are that ones that don’t need them.
There are some makers that have long waiting lists that like to show off what they’ve made too. Have a look a the pipe makers list on Patrick D’Arcys site
http://www.uilleannobsession.com/links_makers.html
or the list of makers on the NPU site
http://www.pipers.ie/en/pipemakers.lasso
The NPU list has phone numbers for the lads that don’t have web sites. I could tell who I my favourite is or who I don’t like but I will say that there is a lot of great makers on mainland europe so you don’t have to go too far to get a good set.
Mind you I did meet a good friend from Dublin lately who had a Donnacha Keegan chanter and I was the best sounding concert pitch chanter that I’ve heard in a long time!!!

I’m sorry I bothered.!!!
