His name is Pat Bagley, and his sketches appear in the Salt Lake Tribune. 
Yeah, I could see the Tribune logo, but couldn’t see his name.

I find this guy to be witty, yet not loyal to either side; everyone is fair game to this guy.
My current favourite title for a local nespaper is “Renfrewshire World”.
I’ve never read it, though.
