I think lumping all the “budget” sets together (Perhaps under a different header) might be a better idea.

How about a sticky warning people of these sorts of sets and then automatically deleting any post that links to sales of such pipes. That way we won’t be wasting our time clicking over to ebay, waiting for it to download, only to find out it’s one of these things. I’m sure automatic deletion of such posts would be entirely justified. If anyone queries it, point them to the sticky.
