You canât post a pic on the forum per se. You have to post it elsewhere on the web, and then link it into a post here on the forum. You can put the pic on your own personal web site if you have one, or use one of the many web services that offer creating your own image gallery.
To link a web pic into a thread here, you type in, or copy/paste, the URL of the pic, and then surround it with the img and /img tags in square braces:
e.g.

Hi!
You can upload it for free at Image Shack, http://www.imageshack.us
hit the âhost itâ button and youâll get an image link that you can post here.
