Pomegranate Phone

A “Must Have”!!

Oh man, I’d get it for the coffee maker alone!
Though it probably tastes all Pommy.
The Harmonica is a nice touch.

Incidentally, the Nova Scotian tourist board
must be an interesting place.

Problem is the Pomegranate only works off NSs sewage powered broadband service so effective range is limited. They have been try to boost the range using lobster chitin enhanced transmitters.

I wonder whether it can serve as a flotation device if you fall off the ferry between Bar Harbor and Yarmouth.

(part of my honeymoon odyssey way back in 1984. Not the falling off part though. The ferry part.)

??? I waited quite a while for it to upload, but couldn’t get anything.

Took forever to download for me too, but I thought that’s because I was at work.
I guess they have a good software person in their employ (who made this awesome ad), but don’t have the bandwidth to push it out.

As I pointed out, what do you think I was kidding?

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 1, 2007 - Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) today announced the launch of Google TiSP (BETA)™, a free in-home wireless broadband service that delivers online connectivity via users’ plumbing systems. The Toilet Internet Service Provider (TiSP) project is a self-installed, ad-supported online service that will be offered entirely free to any consumer with a WiFi-capable PC and a toilet connected to a local municipal sewage system

I just e mailed the link to all the techo-nuts in the family and also to my brother who needed advice about Pay-as-you-go phones. You’d think the Pomegranate phone would be a juicer too.
