Try a Folkwinds one on Ebay I have one o’ there flutes it is pretty good. 
Try Michael Cronnolly. I know he makes different keys sometimes for fun or request. I’ve heard of F and a higher-than-piccolo G. He makes whistles too.

Of course there are also Boehm system piccolos that are conical bored and made of polymer. Yamaha and Gemeinhardt make them, and others too.
