I actually stayed up an hour and a half after bedtime last night to watch the gem pitched by Cliff Lee. Till the Phils added the insurance runs late in the game, that was one of the best World Series games in ages. And I can’t remember the last time a pitcher looked as good as Lee in the WS – probably Josh Beckett the last time the Yanks were shut out.
I think this could shape up to be a great Series, and also that the Yankees look vulnerable.
Every Red Sox fan has two favorite teams: the Red Sox and whoever the Yankees are playing.
