A few days ago, I posted a message about the difficulty of reaching Phil by email - I need some adjustments made to a Chieftain whistle.
Phil has since contacted me with shipping instructions to send the whistle to him. He
further states that his whistles have a lifetime guarantee so there will be no repair
cost. Sounds good. I’ll post a further update.
