Penzell and Mueller flute in F

Does anyone know anything about this make of flute? I bought an 11keyed Penzell and Mueller flute .It is in excellent condition with no cracks and all the keys work. I think it is in the key of F as it it smaller than my old german D flute. Do people ever use F flutes in sessions? I am trying to decide whether it is something I should hold on to or sell.

Some brilliant flute players use “F” flutes. Examples: Michael McGoldrick, Brian Finnegham (Flook), Jean-Michel Veillon. Its a Kind of fashion nowdays.I wouldn’t sell it. However I think they are not usually seen in sessions, but are usefull to learn some tunes by ear in the CD of that musicians I told you.
