I thought some members might be interested in this session. Its a jazz suite for pennywhistle and tuba?!??! It was broadcast on BBC Radio 3’s Jazz program last night.

Very interesting piece. Obviously experimental and minimalist… took a little while to get my head around it but I was impressed with some of the chromatic shapes he was able to devise. Going to go listen again now… I may need a martini in my hand when I do
