I am hoping to attempt making a Uilleann pipe chanter, hopefully out of pvc, or cpvc. I’ve been looking around and found out about David Daye’s “Penny-Chanter”. I looked at the instruction on how to make one, and most of the links are dead, likewise, the instructions make next to no sense to me. So, can anyone give some more in-depth instructions or something on making the penny-chanter (like, the same instructions, but with more dimensions, and pictures and such, to make it more easily understood)?
It sounds like you are looking at the old Ohio State website, which is not maintaned as far as I know and has link rot.
