Hi people,
I’ve just finished a webpage to share some of my photos.
There are many from Bariloche, Argentina; it is a very beautiful place with woods, mountains and lakes. ![]()
You can see the photos in vayu.dnsalias.com
Enjoy! ![]()

Me too. I’ll be very interested to see your photos, though. For some reason I’ve always been interested in that part of the world—Patagonia.
Oops, sorry, it seems that I have some problems with the domain… please try with:

That is coming through now.
Nice shooting Bro.
Slan,
D.
Great photos - I like your landscape style. What did the duck taste like?
But then again I would like Patagonia, there was a large Welsh emigration to Patagonia!
What Camera did you use?
Tremendous landscapes! Great photos.
Thanks for the comments guys!
I used mostly my Panasonic FZ20, nice camera… a bit noisy in low lighting conditions but the Leica lens are great.
Breathtaking, Cristian. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing them!
Susan
I really enjoyed your photos. The Patagonia ones very nice—that one with the stars seemed amazing. The foggy ones were really quite interesting I thought. Also, I enjoyed the animals—especially the cats and birds—all the birds were new to me. The cemetery ones were very interesting too.
Thanks for the kind comments, Susan a Cynth!
Glad you liked them ![]()
Yes, some great shots.
Very impressive landscapes. Like the birds, too.
Wow, Cris – beautiful pictures! I love the mountain shots.
Judy
Beautiful shots Cristian!
Mind if I grab a couple to use as my PC desktop? I especially like these three (not linking them on purpose):
p1000593.jpg
p1000741.jpg
p1000807.jpg
The last two are of the same mountain. I distinctly see a cat’s head in the mountainside. Anyone else?
here’s a zoom (Cris, hope you don’t mind my edit - it’s just a crop):

Pretty cool, if not intended …
Great Photos!
I have been wanting to go to Argentina for forever. MMMMHH I can taste the barbeque already!! and ALFAJORES!!!

wow I am getting hungry
Thank you Walden, Darwin, Judy, Chris and Celtic !
Chris, you can use all the pics you want and link them anywhere you want, no problem ![]()
I didn’t saw that cat’s head when I took the picture…
Celtic, you really made me laugh!
Yeah alfajores and asado are great ![]()
Thanks a lot. Many of those pictures are quite spectacular, and I’d like to shar them, particularly this one. I’d call it “Mars over Mount Cathead” (that is Mars, is it not?). Do you all see the cat head? Or is it a fox?
Lovely, all of them.
The lower big “star” is the moon, it seems small because the photo was taken with a wide angle. The upper bright start is Mercury I think.
I thought I saw the cat’s head in the previous crop, but I have some trouble seeing it in this pic…
That mount is called Cerro Catedral, it’s in the upper part of Brazo Tristeza, which is part of the lake Nahuel Huapi. Tristeza means sadness; I don’t know how to translate Brazo, it’s like an extension of a lake…maybe arm?
Perfect.
I like Moon over Mount Cathead better anyway.

PS: a little edit to point out the cat features: Mt. Cathead (edit)
