I just returned from Florida where I ran a reed making workshop. We had a great time successfully made a few good reeds. I have decided to hold the same workshop here in the Mountains of Spruce Pine North Carolina; the same location for our September piping party.

The dates will be the first weekend in May, either Friday 6 and Saturday 7th or Saturday 7 to Sunday 8th. I will need a minimum of 4 students to make it worth while.
The class will run from 9:00 until 4:00 with a break for lunch and will be very intensive and will include reed making, pipes maintenance and fitting the reed to the chanter. The fee will be $200.00 for the class only.
