I read the obit on TheSession.org but I notice theres not a word about it here so far.

Paddy made several great duet recordings with Andy Mc Gann ( Sligo Style US fiddler ) and though not in the Paki Dolan or Frank Quinn school - who is these days? - he made a great sound and was very popular.

Great drive and snappy rolls as well.

Mentioning the older generation also reminds me of Paddy Ryan also a great fiddler but rarely heard of these days.
