Do any of the historical experts know what makers pipes Paddy was playing for: Pretty Peg/Craig’s Pipes, on the first Bothy (1975) recording.
They sound different than the ones he was using for: Blackbird, on the 3rd recording, Out of the Wind into the Sun.
I think Paddy used the same set for all his early recordings. Engineering mix and miking make the difference.
